A Word About Seating at the Live Broadcasts

We get emails every week from our readers with thoughts, questions, compliments, and sometimes jokes! This is one that we thought was worth passing on. It is great advice, and comes from a fellow 'friend of Greensboro Opera'.

You may want to alert your mailing list, that the choice seats are being taken by about 1/2 hour before the start time of performances. So it pays to get to the theater early. Those showing up 5 minutes before show time can expect to sit in the forward rows. Also, it might be helpful to remind folks that leaving a seat between you and the party next to you only causes last minute confusion and scrambling. So get cozy and take the seat right next to the adjacent party, rather than leaving an empty seat between.
